Terms and conditions


 The rates include:
- Unlimited kilometres
  - Full comprehensive cover without percentage excess.
  - Insurance for persons
  - VAT
  - Airport service

No additional charge for:
- Pick up or return between 11pm and 7am (airports only)
  - One way rental (min. 3 days)
  - Free cancellation or changes of contract!

Costs for the additional options listed below (will be charged when picking up your vehicle):
- Baby seat: 2.50 euros/day maximum charge 30 euros per rental
  - Every additional driver: 2 euros/day up to max. 10 euros / 20 euros

Important:
- Fuel: Car will be delivered with a full tank of fuel. Value of fuel between 43 euros and 100 euros depending on the model supplied.

Payment per credit card: Only MasterCard and Visa payments are accepted.
  - 3 additional drivers max.

Comprehensive coverage does not include:
Windows, mirrors, tires, lost keys, chassis and interior decoration. In case of damage the customer is responsible for retrieval of the above mentioned items. You can buy an extra insurance for 22.00 euro on arrival to cover the tires and glass.

A minimum of three days rental is required where the pick up point differs from the return location.
  - An additional days rent will be charged where the car is not returned within 4 hours of the planned return time.

The car must be returned by the agreed date and time. Clients who return their cars later than the specified return time will be penalised at 20 euros per day/ part day. Additionally the will incur a daily rental rate, if the contract is not properly extended.
  - A minimum charge of 30 euros will be applied, if the returned car requires a special cleaning
  - The vehicle is insured within Spain, Portugal and Gibraltar. An additional insurance (7 euros/day) must be taken out for travelling to France and Andorra.

Minimum age:
- The minimum age is 21.
  - The driver must have held his driving licence for a minimum of 12 months.

Mediation:

Spaincar4rent mediates rented cars in Spain for different car rental agencies. Usually the confirmation of the car reservation is made immediately by Spaincar4rent. In individual cases it must be inquired with the car rental agencies. After the reservation the customer receives a booking confirmation by e-mail. This confirmation must be shown by the customer to the agency on collection. The lease will be made locally between the customer and the car rental agency. The contract depends on the conditions of the respective car rental agency. Please read the information provided to you in the confirmation e-mail and as well the renting conditions of the car rental agency.
